It occurs to me that it’s been a while since my last public blog post, so now is probably a good time to offer something of a catch-up on the first third of 2016, which has seen me photographing weddings, events of various kinds and carrying out some commercial work.
After photographing parties on Friday and Saturday nights last week, Easter Sunday was all about Kelmarsh Country Show, held in the grounds of Kelmarsh Hall, just off the A14 in Northamptonshire.
Driving around Northamptonshire during the long-winter evenings I’ve noticed lots and lots of illuminated churches, and it’s been my intention for quite a while to have a go at photographing some of them at night. Finally, last month, I did just that.
