Rachael & Dan were married in a beautiful ceremony at The Stanwick Hotel (formerly The Courtyard Hotel) on Friday, 14th October 2016. I was on hand to provide my wedding photography services for their special day.
Bridal Preparations: The Stanwick Hotel
Rachael and her entourage stayed over at The Stanwick Hotel on the evening before her wedding in the beautiful holiday cottage on site. Preparations were well under way by the time I arrived, and Rachael was already looking very glamorous.

Dan arrived with his dad well ahead of time and then welcomed the guests whilst Rachael slipped into her dress and made the finishing touches ready for the main event.

Wedding Ceremony: The Stanwick Hotel
Rachael & Dan’s highly-emotional ceremony took place in the venue’s conservatory. It was fantastically light but at the same time intimate.

Afterwards we headed out for drinks and great-looking nibbles before the group pictures were captured in front of the pergola. Thankfully it stayed dry throughout, albeit it did cloud over.

Wedding Breakfast & Reception: The Stanwick Hotel
Wedding guests were treated to a superb three-course dinner before Dan, his dad and Rachael’s dad each made amusing, but heart-felt, speeches.

After the hotel staff had transformed the reception room for the evening’s activities, Rachael and Dan cut their cake and went into their first dance soon after.

It was very evident throughout the day just how much the happy couple are in love, and I wish them every health and happiness for long lives together.
