Baby Poppy was 16 days old when she came to see us in the newborn photo studio with her mummy and daddy. Poppy mixed sleepy time with awake time while she was with us, and was generally a very contented little soul.

We’ve added a few twiddly bits just to make some of our scenes look a bit more complete, and we made use of some of them here. It was also the first outing for the dark blue sky and stars in conjunction with the swing.

As we always say, you are very welcome to bring your own props with you for your own newborn session, so if there’s something that’s important to you, bring it along and we’ll try to incorporate it into one of the shots we capture. Now, Baby Poppy’s daddy loves racing motorbikes, so he really wanted something combining this with his new baby daughter. We LOVED the result!
