Family Photography Packages

The below assumes the family photo-shoot will take place at a venue of your choosing within 30 miles on NN14 4HY. I am willing to travel beyond that, but I may ask you to make a contribution towards my costs. I do have a small home studio, but it is very space restricted. My preference, therefore, is to conduct family photoshoots outdoors.

Family Photography Package PRICES

FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY BASIC PACKAGE – £200

I require a non-refundable (the only exception to that is if we have to cancel the original date due to adverse weather conditions and we are unable to find another date that works for both parties within one calendar month of the original date) booking fee of £200 to secure a slot in my diary .

After the photo shoot, I will process the images and make watermarked low-resolution copies available for you to view on a password-protected web gallery. The deal then is really simple: You choose how many of the images you would like printing and pay the difference (if indeed there is one). I then get your prints printed and make your digital files available for download. The digital files are supplied with a licence allowing you to print them yourself and share them with family and friends! I retain the copyright over the images, though, so you cannot sell them to a third party.

This package includes:

• A 1-hour location photo shoot
• 5x prints of your choice at up to 18″x12″;
• Fully-edited, high-resolution digital image files of the images you select for printing in both colour and black & white provided on a password-protected download link, which are licensed to you (I retain the copyright, so you cannot sell them to a third party), allowing you to send them to friends and family or print them however you wish;
• 30 miles of travel in each direction from NN14 4HY;
• An album on my Facebook business page featuring up to 5 low-resolution images from our shoot;

Additional prints at up to 18″x12″, plus their associated high-resolution digital files (supplied in both colour and black & white), can be provided at an additional cost of £12.50 per image.

If you spend an extra £200 on additional images, I’ll throw in all of the edited high-resolution digital images from the session. This often amounts to around 50 shots!

Additionally, you will receive a £50 credit towards a future booking with me! You will also qualify for a 25% discount on my new range of stunning heirloom print products.

Large print box, ebony USB stick & prints – £250

Complement your family photography session booking with a large wooden presentation box

The large wooden print box accepts 12″x8″ prints and has a slot for a branded wooden USB stick, which you also receive. The add-on price of £250 includes an additional 20 12″x8″ prints and takes your total spend from the booking to £450, meaning you get access to ALL of the high-resolution digital files from the session. The files will be copied to your USB stick and you will be granted print rights to their reproduction for personal use.

Small, HINGED, Laser-Cut print box, BRANDED WOODEN USB stick & Prints – £225

This beautiful wooden presentation box looks amazing when sunlight passes through it

The small, hinged, laser-cut wooden print box accepts 6″x4″ prints and has a slot for the branded wooden USB stick, which you also receive. The add-on price of £250 includes an additional 25 6″x4″ prints and takes your total spend from the booking to £425, meaning you get access to ALL of the high-resolution digital files from the session. The files will be copied to your USB stick and you will be granted print rights to their reproduction for personal use.
